“I am military and was stationed in Korea when I got orders to NM. I had very little time to find a place to live and I knew I wanted to live in a 5th wheel for financial reasons. After dealing with several RV dealers and getting lied to, mislead or completely blown off, I heard of Kay’s RV. I spoke with Kay several times while still in Korea and she was very honest and helpful. Kay answered all my questions and even recommended things I had never thought of. This was my first 5th wheel after all, so I really did not know what to look for. I finally had it narrowed down to two trailers and Kay took several more pictures for me to show me more of the trailers, helping me to get the best idea of what the trailers looked like without me walking through them. Once I got back from Korea, Kay come in to work during her holiday to show me the trailers. After buying the trailer from Kay I had no way to move it. She arranged for the trailer to be delivered to me and fully set up. When I was working with Kay she made it a point to tell me that she viewed her customers more as friends and that is exactly the way she made me feel, like a friend.
